Our Boats
Welcome to our newest boat, she is a 36’ Newton Dive Special and we got her in April 2017. She is equipped with comfortable marine head, seating for 10 divers, fresh water shower, emergency equipment including back board and oxygen kit. She has curtesy seats at the back for easy entry into the water with a large swim platform, wide, comfortable and sturdy ladder. This vessel also has a upstairs seating area to enjoy the breeze on a hot summers day.
The boat at Brac Scuba Shack offers a comfortable and enjoyable ride out to a choice of dive sites. To ensure our clients safety, the boat come fully equipped with standard safety gear, including:
- First Aid kits
- DAN O2 kit
- Life vests
- Hookah regulator
- Weighted chain at safety stop level.
The boats have fresh water rinse hoses for washing the salt off your face, and they also have a marine head (toilet).
‘Dive Ocean’
‘Dive Ocean’, is a Newton 36 custom dive boat, a popular choice amongst professional dive operations across the world. This vessel is powered by a 500hp Cummins QSC 8.3 engine and is known for its reliability.Divers globally benefit from the comfort and safety that has become synonymous with the Newton name. The boat features a spacious water level entry offering easy access to the sea below.
Although these boats are typically used for up to 20 divers, we prefer to take no more than a 10 divers per excursion to ensure ultimate comfort. With over 300sq. ft. of deck and floor space, comfortable seating and easily accessible tank storage, the ‘Dive Ocean’ is the ideal vessel to ensure our customer’s enjoyment and safety.
‘Dive Ocean’ comes fully equipped with all safety equipment as required by law. Some other features are listed below:
